IGFALS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGFALS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,877 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGFALS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEAL4, THUMPD1, and ASCC3. Each is linked with IGFALS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFALS-to-partner and partner-to-IGFALS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IGFALS versus TCEAL4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGFALS→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGFALS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
