IGFALS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGFALS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,177 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGFALS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP219, ZBTB8OS, and ITGAE. Each is linked with IGFALS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFALS-to-partner and partner-to-IGFALS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP219 grouped by IGFALS-low versus IGFALS-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGFALS→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGFALS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
