IGFALS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGFALS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGFALS-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR, PCNA, and ATM. Each is linked with IGFALS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFALS-to-partner and partner-to-IGFALS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR grouped by IGFALS-low versus IGFALS-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGFALS→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGFALS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
