IGFALS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IGFALS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGFALS-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTNL2, TCF21, and PAX1. Each is linked with IGFALS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFALS-to-partner and partner-to-IGFALS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BTNL2 grouped by IGFALS-low versus IGFALS-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGFALS→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGFALS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
