IGF2BP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGF2BP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGF2BP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Src, C-Raf_pS338, and MEK1. Each is linked with IGF2BP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGF2BP1-to-partner and partner-to-IGF2BP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Src grouped by IGF2BP1-low versus IGF2BP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGF2BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGF2BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
