IGF1R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGF1R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,765 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGF1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPPIN-WFDC6, INTS10, and NDUFC1. Each is linked with IGF1R in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGF1R-to-partner and partner-to-IGF1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EPPIN-WFDC6 grouped by IGF1R-low versus IGF1R-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGF1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGF1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
