IGF1R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IGF1R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 798 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGF1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCRG1, TXNDC15, and SEC24B. Each is linked with IGF1R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGF1R-to-partner and partner-to-IGF1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCRG1 grouped by IGF1R-low versus IGF1R-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGF1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGF1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
