Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGBP1P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGBP1P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher IGBP1P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGBP1P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and LIHC show a favorable association.

ESCA, UVM, and LUSC are the cancer types where IGBP1P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
