Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGBP1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,652 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGBP1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, tRNA metabolic process, and rRNA modification. Each is linked with IGBP1P2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGBP1P2-to-partner and partner-to-IGBP1P2 results are reported.
