Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGBP1P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGBP1P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IGBP1P2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGBP1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and CHOL show a favorable association.
HNSC, THYM, and CHOL are the cancer types where IGBP1P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
