IFTAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFTAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 518 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFTAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-947P, RNU6-406P, and USP9YP2. Each is linked with IFTAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFTAP-to-partner and partner-to-IFTAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-947P grouped by IFTAP-low versus IFTAP-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFTAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFTAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
