IFT80

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT80 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT80-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ACC1, and p53. Each is linked with IFT80 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT80-to-partner and partner-to-IFT80 results are reported.
