IFT80

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFT80 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,622 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT80-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN11A, SAMD9, and FCGBP. Each is linked with IFT80 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT80-to-partner and partner-to-IFT80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCN11A grouped by IFT80-low versus IFT80-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT80→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
