IFT74

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT74 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT74-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with IFT74 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT74-to-partner and partner-to-IFT74 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by IFT74-low versus IFT74-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT74→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT74) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
