Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFT74 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,295 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT74-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intraciliary transport involved in cilium assembly, Intraciliary anterograde transport, and Intraciliary transport. Each is linked with IFT74 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT74-to-partner and partner-to-IFT74 results are reported.
