IFT57

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT57 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,804 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT57-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPCD, TRAF3IP1, and CETN2. Each is linked with IFT57 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT57-to-partner and partner-to-IFT57 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IFT57 versus DPCD in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT57→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT57) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
