IFT57

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT57 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT57-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4G. Each is linked with IFT57 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT57-to-partner and partner-to-IFT57 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by IFT57-low versus IFT57-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT57→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT57) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
