IFT52

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT52 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 975 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT52-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1213P, XAGE1A, and RNU6-763P. Each is linked with IFT52 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT52-to-partner and partner-to-IFT52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1213P grouped by IFT52-low versus IFT52-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT52→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
