IFT122

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT122 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT122-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, p62 Lck ligand, and PCNA. Each is linked with IFT122 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT122-to-partner and partner-to-IFT122 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by IFT122-low versus IFT122-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT122→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT122) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
