IFT122

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFT122 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 645 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT122-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSMEM1, TRMU, and ADNP2. Each is linked with IFT122 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT122-to-partner and partner-to-IFT122 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSMEM1 grouped by IFT122-low versus IFT122-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT122→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT122) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
