IFRD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFRD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,570 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFRD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IMPDH2, PRKD1, and SELENOM. Each is linked with IFRD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFRD2-to-partner and partner-to-IFRD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
