IFRD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFRD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,023 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, FAT3, and MUC17. Each is linked with IFRD1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFRD1-to-partner and partner-to-IFRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by IFRD1-low versus IFRD1-high in SKCM.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
