IFRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,722 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2V1P4, HMX3, and WRBP1. Each is linked with IFRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFRD1-to-partner and partner-to-IFRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2V1P4 grouped by IFRD1-low versus IFRD1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
