IFRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAD1, GPR101, and LILRB5. Each is linked with IFRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFRD1-to-partner and partner-to-IFRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAD1 grouped by IFRD1-low versus IFRD1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
