Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IFNWP19 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IFNWP19 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher IFNWP19 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IFNWP19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and KIRP show a favorable association.
LUAD, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where IFNWP19 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
