Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNL4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,699 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNL4P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, Peptidyl-lysine modification, and Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with IFNL4P1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNL4P1-to-partner and partner-to-IFNL4P1 results are reported.
