Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IFNL4P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IFNL4P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher IFNL4P1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IFNL4P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and UCEC show a favorable association.
CESC, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where IFNL4P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
