The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher IFNA7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IFNA7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, LUAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where IFNA7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
