Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IFNA22P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IFNA22P data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher IFNA22P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IFNA22P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and SKCM are the cancer types where IFNA22P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
