Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNA22P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,569 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IFNA22P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIDINS220, MINDY2, and S100A11. Each is linked with IFNA22P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA22P-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA22P results are reported.
