Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNA22P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,546 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IFNA22P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition, Regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process, and Midbrain development. Each is linked with IFNA22P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA22P-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA22P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
