Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFNA17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 151 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IFNA17-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP2, OPHN1, and RIF1. Each is linked with IFNA17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA17-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAP2 grouped by IFNA17-low versus IFNA17-high in OVARY.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNA17→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNA17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
