The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher IFNA16 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IFNA16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, HNSC, and PRAD are the cancer types where IFNA16 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
