The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher IFNA1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IFNA1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, SARC, and PRAD are the cancer types where IFNA1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
