Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,472 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNWP19, IFNE, and IFNWP2. Each is linked with IFNA1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA1-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA1 results are reported.
