Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,774 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein deubiquitination, Keratinocyte differentiation, and Rap protein signal transduction. Each is linked with IFNA1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA1-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA1 results are reported.
