IFNA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 310 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP158, MIR3689B, and MIR367. Each is linked with IFNA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA1-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
