Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFITM3P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,477 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFITM3P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCA5, ZNF638, and PARP1. Each is linked with IFITM3P5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFITM3P5-to-partner and partner-to-IFITM3P5 results are reported.
