Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFITM10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IFITM10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of phospholipid metabolic process, Positive regulation of macrophage migration, and Antigen processing and presentation of peptide or polysaccharide antigen via MHC class II. Each is linked with IFITM10 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFITM10-to-partner and partner-to-IFITM10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of phospholipid metabolic process grouped by IFITM10-low versus IFITM10-high in PCPG.
