IFITM10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFITM10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFITM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are VTRNA2-2P, MTND4LP17, and RN7SL361P. Each is linked with IFITM10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFITM10-to-partner and partner-to-IFITM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VTRNA2-2P grouped by IFITM10-low versus IFITM10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFITM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFITM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
