IFIT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFIT3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFIT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR, ERK2, and JNK2. Each is linked with IFIT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFIT3-to-partner and partner-to-IFIT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR grouped by IFIT3-low versus IFIT3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFIT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFIT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
