IFIT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFIT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,674 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFIT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP417, CRLF3P2, and KRTAP12-2. Each is linked with IFIT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFIT2-to-partner and partner-to-IFIT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP417 grouped by IFIT2-low versus IFIT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFIT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFIT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
