The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IFIT1B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IFIT1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where IFIT1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
