The most reproducible IFI44L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D21 and TMEM200C. Each is linked with IFI44L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFI44L-to-partner and partner-to-IFI44L results are reported.
