The most reproducible IFI27L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hydrogen peroxide-induced neuron intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Negative regulation of hydrogen peroxide-induced neuron intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and rRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with IFI27L1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFI27L1-to-partner and partner-to-IFI27L1 results are reported.
