IFFO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFFO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,145 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFFO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP222, CCL3, and SENP3-EIF4A1. Each is linked with IFFO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFFO1-to-partner and partner-to-IFFO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP222 grouped by IFFO1-low versus IFFO1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFFO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFFO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
