IER5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IER5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 594 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IER5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-22, MT-TR, and FMO10P. Each is linked with IER5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IER5-to-partner and partner-to-IER5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-22 grouped by IER5-low versus IER5-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IER5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IER5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
