Across TCGA cell cohorts, IER2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10G2. Each is linked with IER2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IER2-to-partner and partner-to-IER2 results are reported.
