IDS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,194 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL6, GDI1, and PLS3. Each is linked with IDS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDS-to-partner and partner-to-IDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IDS versus RPL6 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
