IDS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,702 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCO2, CD86, and SNX20. Each is linked with IDS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDS-to-partner and partner-to-IDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IDS versus BCO2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
